After years of advanced research and development, HARPS Global has pioneered a breakthrough in glove manufacturing—leveraging photochemical processes activated by ultraviolet (UV) light to interlink the glove film. Developed at our Austrian facility, this proprietary process enables the production of sempermed® syntegra UV gloves without the need for traditional vulcanization accelerators and latex proteins.
By utilizing polyisoprene, a material that closely simulates the natural properties of latex, this innovation delivers the comfort, fit, and tactile sensitivity clinicians expect—while eliminating the risks commonly associated with chemical accelerators.
