Haziq Zairel Oh is the Founder, Executive Chairman & Group Chief Executive Officer of HARPS Global Pte Ltd. With the vision of HARPS Global, “People, Protecting People.”, he leads the organization to be the leader in infection prevention and protection with the aim to safeguard communities and enhance public health.

Central to his leadership philosophy over the decade is the development of a fully integrated value chain – from research and development through to end-user application. This end-to-end integration enables faster innovation cycles and speed to market to ensure the company is able to produce & distribute innovative quality products that safeguard the communities and enhance public health.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, Haziq plays a pivotal role in leading corporate strategic pillars and key initiatives that advance the organization toward its desired outcomes. He is instrumental in strengthening and elevating the market presence of long-established brands such as sempermed® and semperguard®, ensuring they continue to inspire trust and confidence, through high standards of safety and quality among consumers.

Under his leadership, the Company has strengthened its commercial excellence to expand global market reach across key regions, which includes North America, Europe, LATAM, Middle East Africa (MEA) & APAC. This has been achieved through disciplined market segmentation, structured sales channels and a robust regional operating model. Enhancing distribution capabilities are also key initiatives to ensure reliable service levels and consistent on-time delivery.

He brings extensive experience in business structuring, investment strategy, and cross-border partnerships, enabling the Company to navigate complex market environments while capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
