Pei Pei Lee

Pei Pei has over 24 years of experience in the glove industry with over 17 years in management roles.

Prior to joining our Group, between 2002 and 2015, Pei Pei served in various positions at a glove factory located in Sitiawan, Perak which included Quality Assurance Chemist Executive (responsible for quality assurance and laboratory testing), Production Planner (responsible for planning, purchasing, logistics, quality control and customer co-ordination), Assistant Manager and Manager.

Pei Pei joined our Group in 2016 as General Manager of Business Development responsible for overseeing the supply chain, purchasing, information technology, and human resources in addition to managing customers’ accounts. She assumed her current position, as Chief Strategy Officer, in July 2020 and redesignated to Group Chief Business Officer in Sept. 2023, where she was charged with the added responsibility of identifying and implementing solutions to ensure manufacturing inventory workflow.

Pei Pei currently serves as the Group Chief Business Officer at HARPS Global.
