Vivien Cruz

Vivien Cruz is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at HARPS Global, where she is responsible for the Group’s overall product strategy and portfolio development, including driving product expansion beyond the core business.

She brings over 20 years of experience in global sourcing, product development, and healthcare supply chain management. Prior to joining HARPS, she served as Senior Director for Global Sourcing at Medline, where she led global sourcing strategy across multiple product categories and managed an extensive international supplier network.

Throughout her career, Vivien has played a key role in building scalable supply chains, improving cost competitiveness, and aligning product development with market needs across global healthcare markets.

At HARPS, she focuses on advancing product portfolio growth and strengthening the connection between product strategy and commercial execution.

A practical and execution driven leader, Vivien is known for her clear prioritization, structured approach, and ability to drive consistent progress across cross-functional teams.

Vivien Cruz holds a BA degree from the Netherlands and a Global Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School. Vivien currently serves as Group Chief Product Officer for HARPS Global.
